This is going to just be a quick pictorial post, because I have to get supper going soon. The pasture is all fenced in now for the ewes, and they are LOVING it. I am, too, because they have already cleared a lot of the annoying underbrush and low branches. It’ll be nice to walk out there once again.

I just wanted to post a quick note to tell you that I found your site just this morning and I absolutely adore it already! I can relate to so many of your stories that I wouldn’t even know where to start; atheist, military spouse, stay at home mom, etc etc. The only thing for me is that I’m still in that “oh, I wish I could be a homesteader” phase as we live in a large city in a desert! Oh, and I’m also a complete dunce when it comes to homesteading, homemaking, etc. So, I’m spending this time learning as much as I can about many different homesteading topics and dreaming of the day we get stationed somewhere else and can buy a home finally.
Ok, so, not a “quick” note perhaps, lol. I just wanted to say thank you for your blog and I hope you continue posting as I’ve had a TON of fun reading through your back posts!
